His power to inspire is great, and perhaps this is most important in a president. Of course this must be coupled with humanity, as Hitler's power to inspire was also great. But Obama is not evil. He's inspiring and humane, something America has lacked for quite some time and has thus been the butt of the world's laughter and disdain. At a time when non-hippies are finally moved to go green, we could elect a leader who will earn us back some respect, and our image and merit could skyrocket all at once. Oh joy!
The next step will be to cut back on the food we throw away and give some to people who will die if we don't. Baby steps.
